Each of Pinyon’s service areas are led by a manager who provides senior-level leadership to our technical staff. The focus of all our groups is on technical excellence; no group is dedicated to any specific market, client, or geography. This matrix approach to project delivery gives our specialists an opportunity to experience a wide array of projects, geographies, clients, and market types – leading to increased staff engagement and broad technical experiences. We also encourage cross-training amongst groups. In this way, we can often offer one scientist to conduct multiple concurrent roles on a project which leads to project and cost efficiencies.
