Pinyon COVID-19 Response and Preparation

Like many of you, we here at Pinyon are closely monitoring the impacts of the current public health emergency. It is our priority to protect the health of our employees, their families, our clients, and our communities while continuing to provide the high-quality services that Pinyon is known for. The following measures have been put into place to help ensure continuity of service during this time:

Effective Monday, March 16, we have instituted a voluntary shut-down of the company’s physical office space and we are strongly encouraging all employees to work from home. Rest assured that we will continue to remain available and are working towards upcoming deadlines. All employees can be reached via email, the numbers in their email signatures, or through the main company number (303) 980-5200.
We have implemented technology and procedures to allow our project teams to communicate seamlessly while working remotely. We do not expect disruption in our availability.
While we are allowing field work to continue, we will respect all client requests related to health and safety protocols that may be in place. We are requiring our employees to practice recommended social distancing and requesting that they prioritize field work that doesn’t require much person-to-person contact.
Pinyon has cancelled/postponed all non-essential work travel and we are going to conduct all meetings remotely until further notice (e.g., Skype, Microsoft Teams, telephone, etc.).
Our principal team is holding daily virtual meetings to assess the impact of the situation, answer questions, and resolve any issues that arise.
