Pinyon was contracted by the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) to complete a Historic American Engineering Record Level II equivalency document for a 1938 concrete dam and auxiliary spillway at the US Southern Great Plains Field Station in Woodward, Oklahoma.
- Resolved an Adverse Effect to the dam and spillway as a result of necessary safety and hazard improvements.
- Facilitated the photo documentation of the dam and spillway, completed primary and secondary research.
- Submitted Level II HAER report to the Oklahoma NRCS and Oklahoma State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO), including large-format photographs and reproduction construction drawings.
