Pinyon has provided environmental compliance support for Kärcher North America, Inc. (Kärcher) for over 20 years. Kärcher operates under an industrial discharge permit issued by Metro Water Recovery for its facility in Aurora, Colorado. Pinyon assists Kärcher in maintaining compliance with this permit through routine monitoring, reporting, and inspections.

Pinyon’s scope of work includes Wastewater Compliance & Monitoring, Chemical Inventory & Reporting, Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) & Toxic Organic Management Plan (TOMP), and General Environmental Compliance Support as directed by Kärcher. Through these services, Pinyon supports Kärcher in meeting regulatory obligations while identifying opportunities to improve compliance processes and operational efficiency.
