Portland John Day Phase I ESAs

Pinyon successfully completed several Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Willamette Valley Project, across multiple operating locations. Following ASTM E1527-13 standards, Pinyon conducted thorough site reconnaissance, reviewed federal and state databases, and performed historical record reviews. The project aimed to identify Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs). Key deliverables included detailed ESA reports with site maps, interviews with stakeholders, and findings from environmental database reviews. Pinyon met all contract requirements and submitted final reports for each of the project locations while adhering to USACE’s timeline and ensuring project objectives were accomplished.
