Boulder County partnered with CDOT, Denver Regional Council of Governments, and local municipalities to enhance safety and mobility along the US 287 corridor from State Highway 66 to US 36. The US 287 Vision Zero Safety and Mobility Study developed conceptual designs aimed at eliminating fatal and serious injury crashes, improving pedestrian and cyclist safety, and enhancing transit station connectivity. Pinyon prepared an Environmental Conditions Report to outline potential environmental impacts, necessary clearances, and permitting requirements. We collaborated with the design team and stakeholders in alternatives analysis, providing comparative input to help avoid critical resources during project planning.
